This Privacy Policy explains how Find Me Sales Ltd collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use our software, browser extension or related services, contact us, join a Workspace, submit a form, make a booking or otherwise interact with Find Me Sales.
Find Me Sales Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13664185, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.
For personal information we collect for our own purposes, Find Me Sales is normally the controller. Where a customer uploads, connects or otherwise instructs us to process personal information through the Services, that customer may be the controller and Find Me Sales may act as its processor. Section 4 explains this distinction in more detail.
This Privacy Policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions and our Cookie Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Find Me Sales website, applications, browser extensions, lead discovery, company and contact research, customer relationship management, enrichment, automation, forms, booking pages, calendars, communications, reporting, integrations, partner and research programmes and related services.
It applies to account holders, Authorised Users, website visitors, prospects, customers, partners, suppliers, people who submit forms or make bookings, and individuals whose professional information is included in business records or research results.
It does not govern the independent privacy practices of our customers, third-party websites, integrations or services that you choose to connect. Those organisations may be separate controllers and should provide their own privacy information.
Questions, requests and objections relating to privacy or personal information can be sent to:

We act as a controller where we decide why and how personal information is processed. This includes operating our website, administering accounts and subscriptions, processing purchases, securing and improving the Services, communicating with users, maintaining our own business records, and developing and supplying business discovery data.
We may act as a processor where a customer submits or connects information to the Services and determines the purpose for which it is used. Examples include customer contact lists, notes, emails, form submissions, booking records, automation instructions and information imported from a connected account.
Customers are responsible for deciding whether they have a lawful basis to collect, upload, enrich, contact or otherwise use personal information through the Services. Where we act as processor, we process that information on the customer's documented instructions and in accordance with any applicable data processing agreement.
Depending on the feature and source, Find Me Sales and a customer may each act as separate controllers for particular processing activities. The fact that information is available through the Services does not remove the customer's own data protection responsibilities.
We may collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us:
We do not intentionally seek special category personal data, such as health, biometric, political, religious, trade union or sexual-life information, for ordinary use of the Services. You should not submit such information unless it is necessary, lawful and supported by an appropriate condition under data protection law.
We collect personal information from:
Where we obtain personal information from a source other than the individual, we take proportionate steps to provide privacy information or make it readily available, subject to the exemptions and practical limitations allowed by law.
We may use personal information to:
We rely on one or more lawful bases under the UK GDPR, depending on the activity and context.
Legitimate interests is not a blanket permission to process personal information or send marketing. Where we rely on it, we consider the purpose, necessity and impact of the processing. Electronic marketing must also comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 where they apply.
Find Me Sales helps customers identify and understand organisations and relevant professional contacts. We may process public or commercially supplied business information, including an individual's name, employer, business role, professional profile, corporate appointments, business contact details and related company information.
We may combine, normalise, deduplicate, verify, classify or enrich this information. We may also infer likely professional roles, seniority, employer relationships or relevance to a business search. Inferences can be incorrect and should be verified before use.
We do not consider the public availability of information to remove an individual's data protection rights. Individuals may contact us to ask about, correct or object to our use of their personal information.
Customers who access professional contact information become responsible for their own use of it. They must independently establish a lawful basis, provide required privacy information and comply with objections, suppression requests and direct marketing rules.
Some features use artificial intelligence, machine learning or automated rules to plan searches, analyse data, shortlist companies, classify contacts, suggest decision makers, draft communications, create actions, summarise information and produce other Output.
Information supplied to an AI-enabled feature may be sent to an AI service provider acting for us. We seek to minimise the information supplied and use contractual, security and configuration measures appropriate to the service.
You should not enter unnecessary confidential information, special category data or personal information into an AI feature. You remain responsible for reviewing generated Output before using or sharing it.
Find Me Sales does not ordinarily make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Our systems may rank, classify or recommend companies and professional contacts, but customers are expected to review the information and make their own decisions.
Where a customer configures its own automation or uses Output to make decisions about individuals, the customer is responsible for assessing whether additional transparency, safeguards, consent or human review is required.
You may sign in to or connect the Services using Google, Microsoft or another supported provider. The information we receive depends on the provider, the feature and the permissions you approve.
We may receive your name, email address, profile identifier, profile image, organisation information and authentication status. For calendar, mailbox or other integrations, we may receive tokens and the content or metadata needed to perform the actions you request.
Authentication and integration tokens are used to maintain the connection and are protected using access controls and other technical safeguards. We do not ask for your Google or Microsoft account password.
You may disconnect an integration through the Services or the provider's account controls. Disconnecting may prevent associated features from working. We may retain limited records of prior integration activity where needed for security, support, legal compliance or audit purposes.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, where applicable.
The Find Me Sales browser extension allows you to save and process business and professional information from supported websites.
Depending on the version and feature used, the extension may:
The extension is not intended to record keystrokes, capture passwords or continuously monitor your general browsing history. Access to page content is limited to the permissions and actions required for supported extension functionality.
You may disable or remove the extension through your browser. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and the terms of the websites you visit.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. The payment provider may collect payment card details, billing information and fraud-prevention data directly from you.
We receive and retain information needed to administer your purchase, such as payment status, customer and transaction identifiers, billing contact details, Subscription plan, invoice records, tax information, Credit purchases, discounts, refunds and disputes.
We maintain a record of Credit balances and transactions so that usage can be applied, reconciled, investigated and restored where appropriate. Credit transaction information may be visible to Workspace owners or administrators where Credits are pooled.
If you join a Workspace, information associated with your use may be available to the Workspace owner and users with appropriate permissions. This may include your name, email, role, activities, records created or edited, bookings, communications, automation activity and Credit usage.
The Workspace owner controls membership and access and may export, change or delete Workspace information. If your Workspace is provided by an employer or other organisation, that organisation may have its own policies governing its use of your information.
When you leave a Workspace, information forming part of the organisation's business records may remain within it. Your personal Account details will be handled separately where appropriate.
Customers may create hosted or embedded forms, lead magnets and booking pages using Find Me Sales. Information submitted through those tools is normally collected on behalf of the customer that published the page.
The relevant customer is responsible for explaining how it uses submissions, identifying its lawful basis and providing any required consent choices or privacy notice. Find Me Sales processes submissions to deliver the feature, notify the customer, create records, schedule bookings and provide analytics.
We may collect limited technical and conversion information, such as page views, submission status, date, time, IP address, browser and referring source, for security, operation, analytics and fraud prevention.
The Services may allow customers to create, schedule, send or record emails and other communications. Where a customer sends a communication, that customer determines the recipient, content, purpose and lawful basis.
Communications may include delivery and engagement technology that records events such as sending, delivery, failure, opening or link selection. The availability and accuracy of these events depend on the recipient's device, provider and privacy settings.
Find Me Sales may process communication content, recipient details, timestamps, delivery events and replies to provide the requested feature, maintain records, diagnose failures, protect security and calculate reporting.
Automation flows and agent features may use Customer Data, business information, connected account information and generated Output to create records, schedule actions, enrich leads, send or draft communications and perform other configured tasks.
We process the information required to execute, monitor, record and troubleshoot each workflow. Activity logs may show the user, trigger, action, status, time and result.
Customers are responsible for configuring appropriate permissions, review steps, limits and lawful instructions.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember preferences, operate features, understand use, measure performance and support marketing.
Some cookies are necessary for the Services to function. Non-essential cookies are used only in accordance with applicable consent requirements. You can manage available choices through our cookie controls and your browser settings.
More information is available in our Cookie Policy.
We may send product news, offers, educational content and other marketing to business contacts where permitted by law. Depending on the circumstances, we may rely on consent or legitimate interests.
You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. We may retain limited suppression information so that we can honour your request.
Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary account, security, billing, legal or service communications.
We may share personal information with:
We require service providers processing personal information for us to protect it and use it only for authorised purposes, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling it for money. The Services do, however, provide customers with access to business and professional information as part of paid software and data functionality.
Find Me Sales is based in the United Kingdom, but some service providers, connected services and infrastructure may process personal information in other countries.
Where UK data protection law treats a transfer as restricted, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism. This may include a UK adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally permitted safeguard.
Where required, we assess the circumstances and risks of the transfer and apply supplementary contractual, organisational or technical measures.
You may contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your personal information.
We use reasonable and proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access.
Measures may include encrypted network connections, access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, logging, monitoring, backups, infrastructure security, provider due diligence and incident response procedures.
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting authentication methods and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and security records, complying with law, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods vary according to the category, purpose, sensitivity, volume, legal requirements and risk. In general:

Where we process information solely on behalf of a customer, we may refer your request to that customer or assist it in responding.
You may object to our use of your personal information for direct marketing at any time. You may also object to other processing based on legitimate interests by explaining your particular situation.
If professional information about you is inaccurate, outdated or should not be displayed, contact legal@findmesales.com with enough detail for us to locate the relevant record.
We may retain limited suppression information after removing or restricting a record so that we can respect the request and avoid reintroducing the same information from another source.
The Services are intended for business users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children or intentionally collect children's personal information through the Services.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact legal@findmesales.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We are not responsible for a third party's independent collection or use of personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, law, technology, providers or our processing practices.
We will publish the updated version on this page and change the last updated date. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to the attention of affected users, such as through email or an in-product notice.
